SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Tara is our friendly and knowledgeable front desk receptionist. She is willing to accommodate patients with convenient scheduling times. She is able to schedule preventive care appointments with one of our hygienists and also restorative appointments with Dr Bills. Our scheduling coordinator is  responsible for completing all necessary patient forms, checking patients in and out, and answering all questions and concerns regarding your dental visit.

DENTAL HYGIENISTS

Laura,Crystal and Josette are our registered dental hygienists. Laura was welcomed to our team in October of 2008. Crystal joined our team in January of 2009. Josette started with us part-time in July 2009 and became full time in July 2012. Crystal and Laura both graduated from Delta College with an Associate in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene Degree in April of 2008. Josette graduated from Ferris College with an Applied Science in Dental Hygiene Degree in 2009. Crystal, Laura and Josette have received their certification in local anesthetic and nitrous oxide after taking the State and National Dentistry Board Examinations. While attending college our hygienists had many experiences with periodontal patients, patients with disabilities and small children. In April of 2002, Crystal and Laura graduated from Delta College with Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting. Laura received her Registered Dental Assisting License (RDA) in 2004. Crystal received her Dental Assisting Degree in 2002. They all believe that continuing education is very important to them and our team. They take many courses throughout the year to keep their license current and up-to-date.

DENTAL ASSISTANTS

We have three Dental Assistants in our office who assist Dr Michael Bills in providing quality oral health care. Julie is a Registered Dental Assistant, she completed the Assisting Program at Delta College and received her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting.   Jeanne asissts the doctor and works also helps at the front desk to schedule your appointment when needed. Julie has a State of Michigan License to provide intra-oral care to the patient under Dr. Bills supervision. Josette is a Registered Dental Hygienist that our office utilizes to help assists patients with Dr. Bills.  Josette graduated from Ferris College with an Applied Science in Dental Hygiene Degree in 2009. They all enjoy their job and look forward to providing the best possible treatment available.

OFFICE MANAGER

Our office manager is Michelle Sadro. She joined our team in October of 2008. Michelle has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Davenport Community College. Michelle is responsible for the overall operations of our office and staff. She is always looking forward to helping patients with any questions they may have about their insurance, treatment plans and financing options.
